Booking Policy

Full Set Booking Fee

        A $100.00 non-refundable booking fee is required on Full Set lash applicationsPayment must be made with 24 hours of booking your appointment, if not it will be canceled. Payment can be made via etransfer to lashes.angeleyes@gmail.com or in-person with cash. This booking fee is to reserve and confirm the appointment.

 

Appointment Confirmations

        You will receive a confirmation email the day your appointment is placed on the schedule and another email at 48  to your appointment day and time.

Cancellation/Reschedule

        All appointments require a 48-hour cancellation/reschedule notice. There will be a service charge of the full amount of your appointment cost on all same-day cancellations and/or you will forfeit your booking fee if one had been made. You will be invoiced via email. The total must be paid before booking any other appointments. If a client excessively abandons their appointment, we reserve the right to decline to schedule future appointments. Your consideration of our appointment policy is greatly appreciated.

Late Arrivals

 

       Late arrivals will be serviced for the remainder of your allotted appointment time and charged in full for their time slot. If you are going to be late please let us know as soon as possible.

Appointment Prerequisites

        Arrive at your appointment on time and eye makeup-free. If you are wearing makeup and have an unclean lash line, time taken to wash it will be taken from your appointment and a charge or $10 will be added to your total service fee. Please avoid caffeine 3 hours prior to your appointment. Make sure you shower and/or wash your hair prior to your appointement as you will need to avoid water, heat, and steam for the next 24 hours.
